We will send a single cleaner for a one, two, or three bedroom or a team of two cleaners for a four + bedroom home. Need a quick clean? Let us know!
You can easily change or cancel any booking by simply logging to your account. If you'd like us to handle the change or cancellation, please email contact@riocleaning.com. Please provide 48 hours cancellation notice, or a fee of $79 will be charged.
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your cleaning. The cleaner only leaves the house when we have your approval, indicating that you are satisfied with our cleaning. We send the you and cleaner a checklist for your reference during the visit.
We don't clean: human / pet waste or bodily fluids, vermin infestations, exterior windows or balconies, garages or anything that can't be reached with a step stool. We will load and start your dishwasher, but for safety reasons, cannot place them back in your cabinetry. We will only clean accessible areas and will not move furniture or appliances to clean under or around them.
